Quiet and fantastic hotel, helpful staff, truly enjoyed fantastic location really close to the metro to centre, and a restaurant. We had really really nice 4 days here, the room was spotless with free WiFi, TV and safe. Everything was simply great.

The staff was very kind and polite. The room we booked was practical and modern with free WiFi, TV, and a safe. The property was in a good location, close to the Colosseum. Easily reached Klemm's Smoke Haus, located just a short walk away from the hotel.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The building is all new. The staff was friendly.
The breakfast was very poor. The location is far from the center, you must take the line b metro and then the line a (about 20 minutes).be careful the line a for this year close at 21:00. the staff did not speak good englishand it was difficult to communicate with them.

New hotel, Clean room, very freindly and helpfull staff. Air-co system works properly
It's a nice new hotel but not convenient to visiting Rome and get around easily,(15 - 20 min from Rome city center to Rebibbia metro station + 8 to 10 min walk to hotel). Also the selection of items for breakfast was really limited and repeated daily. No bath-tub in the hotel double rooms, just a shower stall. Overall, A good place if you don't mind being out of the city and "fussy eater" like us about breakfast!

Very friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfast (small selection but high quality), free wi-fi, close (5 min walking) to the Rebibbia underground station which connects you directly to the city centre (Colosseum, Forum Romanum, etc.). Bar is fairly cheap.
Our room was behind the reception with a very small window (according to the receptionist all the other rooms were much nicer). Bathroom was really small, too. The neighbourhood was not so charming but was not dangerous either - pretty much what you can expect from a suburbian district.

I had an absolutely mind-blowing experience at this hotel! The second room we were provided with was beyond amazing. The comfortable bed and impeccably clean room made me feel like I was in paradise. The staff were super friendly and went above and beyond to assist us with information about the city. The location, away from the crowd in a quiet area, was perfect, and the short 5-minute walk to the metro station made it incredibly easy to get to the center of the city. The breakfast was ok, but I was blown away by the pastries. this hotel exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an unforgettable stay in Rome!

After finally finding the hotel in 38 degree heat - we were delighted with what was on offer. The room was a pleasant surprise. Quality of the accommodation was superb and the breakfast on offer was abundant. We have already praised the hotel to our friends and family back home in Australia and would recommend the hotel to any persons wishing to .vacation in Rome without being in the midst of all that is going on, but still close enough to visit the touristy things.
As the hotel is so new there is a lack of signs from Rebibbia Railway - but that is not a complaint as we were told they are in the process of completing the signage.

I chose Roma Tiburtina Metro for its convenient location near the Basilica di Santa Maria Maggiore, which I wanted to visit. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's variety of facilities and services, including the comfortable triples, concierge service, and free WiFi access. the onsite restaurants serving delicious Italian cuisine and the buffet breakfast served in the lobby were definitely highlights of my stay.
Reception service and housekeeping issues.

Value for money good, private parking in the yard which I had to pay for
The only thing I didn't like is that the hotel staff did't speak english apart from one receptionist that was working there every other day

The director Adi was very helpful, service minded and glad! He made it a very nice stay. This is the perfect suburbian location if you want to visit Rome and get into the centre in 20 minutes with the metro. Our family includes a 3 year old. The hotel is new and clean, a midrange hotel. No luxury. The room was very nice, quite large, and with a view over the river. Considering the price, comfort and extremely service minded staff (Adi) it is well worth it. Especially if you don’t mind not living in the very city centre of Rome.
The breakfast was very Italian (espresso/coffee and some tiny sweet bread) and not continental at all. The only minus I would say. When I made a complaint about it they went fast and bought some fresh bread! Very appreciated. But they were aware of this, and are going to change in that matter they said.
